For the founders of Archway Aesthetics, Matthew Retzloff and Dr. Brooke Finger, the inspiration happened long before the doors of their Las Vegas med spa ever opened… back when Matthew was a teenager with an unexpected fascination for The Godfather movies and a curiosity that led him into a small, hidden cigar shop tucked inside a business park.

There was nothing luxurious about the space. But the experience was unforgettable.

The shop owner welcomed him as if he was his most important customer. He patiently walked through every option without judging his age, budget, or the fact that he ultimately chose a single $10 cigar. When thanked for the exceptional service, he smiled and shared a line that would later shape an entire business philosophy:

“I don’t sell cigars. I sell beginnings… the beginning of a celebration, a reunion, a great evening. If I create the best beginning for someone, they’ll come back for life.”

That idea of selling beginnings rather than products, stayed.


Why Archway Aesthetics Exists

Archway Aesthetics wasn’t created because Las Vegas needed another place to get Botox.

The name Archway came naturally.

It also reflects Archway’s philosophy as a trusted guide. The team isn’t there to sell trends or chase profit. Sometimes that means recommending a treatment. Sometimes it means advising against one. The goal is always to support a Guest’s comfort, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.

Just like that cigar shop owner, Archway doesn’t simply offer treatments.

Danielle, the master injector, and Nina, the advanced aesthetician, brought passion for natural results and individualized care. And Sofia, the receptionist, became an essential part of the experience, welcoming Guests with warmth from the moment they arrive.

Their belief in the vision kept Archway moving forward.
