Meet Lovely Lily Events, a Las Vegas–based husband and wife team turning creativity and craftsmanship into unforgettable celebrations. College sweethearts Dave and Danielle have spent over a decade together, building not only a family with two beautiful children, a chocolate lab, and two cats, but also a dream they first imagined as 18-year-olds in a college dorm room — creating meaningful, joy-filled events for others.
What started as a shared love for design has become a full-fledged passion project fueled by love, creativity, and the joy of celebrating life’s biggest moments. Lovely Lily Events is more than just a business — it’s a family bringing heart, craftsmanship, and artistry into every detail.
The Hands and the Heart Behind the Magic
Dave is the hands behind the builds — a skilled woodworker who crafts each custom event structure with precision and care. From arches and backdrop walls to pedestals and displays, every piece is cut, assembled, and balanced for strength and stability. His designs are not only beautiful but also sturdy enough to handle running toddlers. These wood structures are what set Lovely Lily apart — unique, elevated, and built to last.
And soon, they’ll be offering custom acrylic or wood letters as upgrades, a step above the typical vinyl words or cutouts. Each piece is hand-designed to bring a personalized, high-end touch to any celebration.
Danielle is the creative heart — the designer, stylist, and now balloon artist behind Lovely Lily’s signature look. Her eye for balance and design transforms every setup into a cohesive story, blending color, form, and detail beautifully.
The Balloon Journey
In Danielle’s words:
“Need a quick moment to shout out my best friend, partner, lover, & husband all-in-one — if you know us (okay, if you know me), you know how much I hated balloons. No seriously. I was so happy to start a rental business & share the small business love by hiring out amazing balloon artists from around town. It was working… until it wasn’t.
All our clients really didn’t want to have to go here and there — they just wanted one business to do it all. Which, believe me, I get. It took a solid chat & my sweet man assuring me I could do this. I could learn. I could grow. I could prosper.
So, here we are. Tons of trial packs, practice runs, endless hours watching pros do it, & we finally executed adding balloon designs to our business.
I wish you could hear the ‘baby that looks so good,’ ‘you’re doing amazing keep going,’ ‘I knew you could do it,’ & the ‘I’m so proud of you.’ It’s the only reason we are where we are now… and this is still only the beginning.”
The push to start balloons? Truly credited to Dave.
 Danielle adds with a laugh, “Humbly, I think my eye for balance has really helped me succeed with balloons. I love the challenge of blending balloons into our already unique and personal designs. It’s taken our business a step further and added new elevation to our brand. I’m loving the character parties and incorporating florals and different balloon designs — and since it’s really just the beginning, I’m so excited for where this will go.”

Together, Dave and Danielle have found the perfect balance between creativity and craftsmanship. “It’s definitely easier working with him than I thought,” Danielle jokes. “But we definitely keep our parts of the business separate — you won’t see me touching wood and getting splinters, and you definitely won’t see him picking out paint swatches.”

Who We Work With
We proudly serve clients across the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas — families, couples, brands, and individuals who want their events to feel truly them. Whether you’re planning a baby shower, birthday, anniversary, or something completely custom, we’re here to help bring it to life.
General Questions

Client will DM, text, or email us - preferably with inspo pics of events. Danielle will then create 3-5 mock ups to use as a starting point and work with the client to build their dream setup. Once the mockup is confirmed, Danielle will send over Vendor Agreement via Docusign for signatures. Deposit is also due at that time. Once signatures are complete and deposits have been made, your date is booked!

Our signature pieces include arches, half arches, party favor walls, pedestals, seating charts, shot or champagne walls, and photo backdrops. The sky is the limit — if you don’t see it listed, we’re happy to make it happen!

We deliver and set up on the day of your event, typically arriving one-two hour(s) before start time (or at your requested time, when possible). Pick-up is the same day unless otherwise arranged; next-day pickup may include a small fee.

Visible damage will result in a charge to cover repair or replacement. This is outlined in our booking contract. While rare, we like to be upfront about all details.

How much are your pieces?
Pricing varies based on your one of a kind design, quantity, and event details. Each quote is custom, complete with a detailed mock-up to match your needs. An average quote with wood backdrops and balloons could be around $450+. -

Do you work within budgets?
Absolutely. We’ll discuss your goals, then create several mock-ups that fit your budget range. -

Do you require a deposit?
Yes — depending on your setup, a $50-$100 non-refundable deposit is due at booking and goes toward your total. $50 for only wood rentals, $100 for rentals + balloons.

Your $50-$100 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within three days of your event (or after final payment), no refunds can be issued, as our pieces are custom-built with significant prep time.
